Are you a college student looking to gain real leadership experience while making a meaningful impact?

The Chick-fil-A Citygate Leadership & Business Internship is designed for students who want more than a typical part-time job. This paid internship provides hands-on leadership development, one-on-one coaching, and practical business experience inside one of the nation's most recognized brands.

Whether you're studying Business, Hospitality, Leadership, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field, you'll develop transferable leadership skills that will prepare you for success long after graduation.

This internship combines operational leadership, coaching, business development, and guest experience into a structured learning environment where you'll be challenged, mentored, and equipped to grow.

• Part-time or Full-time Internship
• Flexible scheduling around academic commitments

• Be available to work at least one weekday/night
• Be available Fridays and Saturdays
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing school responsibilities

Throughout the internship, participants will receive intentional leadership development:

• Learn to lead shifts alongside experienced restaurant leaders
• Learn the Servant Leadership Model
• Participate in daily restaurant operations in a high-volume environment
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Support training and development of new team members
• Assist with operational excellence, food safety, and quality standards
• Take ownership of an assigned leadership or business project
• Learn business basics such as managing expenses, recruiting and hiring, driving sales, legal basics, etc.

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, Leadership, Management, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or another related field
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Desire to learn, lead, and grow

Previous leadership experience is appreciated but not required. We are looking for students with high character, a willingness to learn, and a passion for serving others.
