This is a hands‑on job with the candidate required to personally build and execute strategic initiatives from start to completion including excel modelling, statistical analysis of large datasets via SQL, Python, Tableau, deck building, and presentation to senior executives.

  • Act as the lead liaison between Distribution, Analytics, and Finance to ensure total alignment between operating plans and actual performance.
  • Serve as the final arbiter for account offers, pricing structures, and promotional initiatives, managing the internal consensus-building and senior leadership approval process.
  • Define and track portfolio-wide KPIs to identify growth opportunities or areas of concern; implement rigorous planning and evaluation processes to ensure operational transparency.
  • Synthesize complex data into high-impact presentations for executive leadership, offering clear recommendations on bundling, discount strategies, and deal structures.
  • Conduct independent analysis and build tracking reports with minimal technical support, leveraging internal data to evaluate the ROI of promotions and strategic shifts.
  • Manage one direct report.

  • Persuasive communication skills, written and verbal, particularly the ability to develop presentations and plans and present them concisely to a range of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in video, social media, mobile and their underlying business models and technologies.
