Location: City of Rochester
Paychex is seeking a Sales Commission Analyst to provide support and analysis for accurate and timely distribution of commissions, corporate programs, reporting, and rewards for the sales organization. You will prepare monthly commission data and build compensation plans in Oracle OIC.
You will also develop OBIEE reports, monitor monthly close processes, and work with coordinators to correct data, ensuring timely insights for sales leadership.
