Summary
The incumbent acts as a point person for the Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO) division with regards to programs they work on an as well as working to understand the impact of other projects to their division. The position leverages the ability to form relationships, understanding dependencies and assessing impacts that allows the Consultant to guide their daily efforts and success in the role.
The work supports Corporate Strategic Projects, Divisional Initiatives, Resource and Capacity planning, Project Methodology and Governance, Reporting and application support for related programs as selected by the organization. Examples of engagement will be to align internal and external communications on Strategic Projects, efforts to close gaps that get in the way of successful project delivery and insights from data compiled via the resource and capacity planning tool.
The Consultant prepares information in a shareable format to enable both senior management and our internal/external customers to better understand, evaluate, and decide potential actions and probable impact. This position provides internal and external customers with guidance and direction in order to support the success of the EPMO division.

- Manages a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business.
- Enhances best practices and frameworks to effectively assess impact to the business.
- Acts as a knowledge expert for entire Project Management Organization (PMO) for areas of knowledge.
- Pro-actively develops presentations on strategies as well as delivering these messages to internal stakeholder audiences.
- Identifies opportunities for connecting customer messaging and how we address it through PMO design, support and structure.
- Supports the intake of Projects through execution and builds solutions for undesired outcomes for future growth and opportunity.
- All Levels Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience within the healthcare industry. In lieu of healthcare experience, candidates with strong leadership experience and potential will be considered. Master's degree or higher preferred. Must have a strong analytic background with a strong passion for problem solving. Must have the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team within a matrix organization.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills. Understands internal and external customer organizational needs. Knowledge of the healthcare industry concepts preferred with the ability to do impactful presentations. Excellent interpersonal skills including both written and oral communication. Must be able to work independently or as a team. Ability to interact with internal and external customers and with all levels of management. Identify adverse impacts and unusual practice patterns within programs and initiatives.
