Project Manager, Operations Management, Change Management

JK Executive Strategies is proud to partner with a leading local packaging, design, and logistics company in search of a Project Manager to join its team! The Project Manager will lead cross-functional projects from requirements definition through implementation, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This individual will coordinate internal and external resources, establish clear project plans and performance measures, and serve as the day-to-day point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead projects from initial requirements definition through implementation, establishing clear scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and execution plans.
• Establish and maintain effective project-management processes and tools to manage scope, quality, performance, timelines, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, assigning and monitoring responsibilities to support project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, serving as the primary day-to-day contact regarding project status, priorities, and changes.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, outcomes, risks, and dependencies to the appropriate management channels; proactively elevate issues when necessary.
• Identify challenges and communicate them clearly, professionally, and promptly while helping drive practical solutions.
• Lead pre-production and post-production project reviews, documenting lessons learned and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Develop measurable key performance indicators to evaluate the success of critical growth initiatives.
• Support cost-reduction and continuous-improvement efforts across assigned projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Project management certification preferred.
• Proficiency with project-management software and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
• Excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to balance operational, financial, and strategic considerations.
• Flexibility and adaptability in managing changing priorities and deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively in a standard office environment within a manufacturing facility.

• $80,000– $100,000
