Harris isseekinga detail-oriented and organizedinternto join our team and support order management and customer delivery coordination activities. As part of a dynamic organization, this role will provide hands‑on experience with backlog monitoring, return material authorization processing,shipping and delivery coordination, MRP system updates, and cross-functional collaboration to support ship/bill non-project orders and meet customer requirements.

• Coordinate with Finance, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Product Management, Sales,Contract sand Customers as needed tofacilitatethe following as part of the Order Management process and will focus on our Ship/Bill Non-Project Orders.
• Monitor Backlog, Open Commitments and Return Material reports
• Process RMA’s (Return Material Authorizations), Debits, Credits, and Restocking fees
• Meet established delivery requirements andfacilitatecoordination with Customer if needed
• Confirm shipping terms align with purchase order.
  
  Coordinate toadjustwhen needed
• Updates On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Customer Request Date (CRD) within the MRP system.
• Updates Projected Ship date forNon-Standard vendor/Standard vendor and Services with the MRP system.
• Notifies Manufacturing of any Projected Ship Date updates to Production items

• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Manage mentor related fieldor have completed their bachelor's degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, t the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $18.50/hr - $36.50/hr this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
