Superintendent, Construction

Position: Superintendent - 1344020
Requirements:

4+ years of Superintendent experience at a Construction GC or similar.

Must have experience overseeing building construction. Types of project experience:
Multifamily, Commercial, Education, Medical, or similar with project range from $10million - $20million.

Must be local to Rochester region. (relocation not considered)

Fundamental Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction-related operations.

Oversee the work of all field staff to ensure that projects are finished on time, within budget, and with high-quality work that complies with plans and specifications.

Keeps project on time while being proactive in identifying potential issues and finding solutions.

Organize the delivery of supplies and equipment and plans any required inspections.

Maintain constructive interactions with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and coworkers.

Schedules, daily reports, and any other required paperwork.

Foster safe work practices and job site safety.

Identify any actual or prospective risks to job site safety and takes prompt action to address them.

Oversee the final punch list's completion.

Manage Equipment.

Keeps the job site, including the construction office, tidy and organized.

Salary and benefits:

$100k - $110k for Super, $120k+ for senior Super.

Cell phone and vehicle allowance along with Fuel Card.
