As a Construction Project Engineer, you'll be part of the core project team, supporting both field operations and project management. You'll gain exposure to every phase of construction while helping ensure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and built to the highest standards.

Construction Project Engineer Responsibilities:

• Partner with Project Managers and Superintendents to support daily construction operations
• Assist with planning and tracking project schedules and key milestones
• Help coordinate subcontractors and ensure work is progressing as planned
• Participate in job site walks to monitor progress, quality, and safety

• Review drawings, blueprints, and specifications before work begins
• Support the submittal process (materials, shop drawings, samples)
• Assist with tracking project changes, RFIs (Requests for Information), and documentation

Construction Project Engineer Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong interest in commercial construction and project management
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project is a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow your career
• Ability to work on-site in Rochester NY.
