We're currently looking for Geotechnical/Construction Materials Laboratory Technician to join our team! As a Geotechnical/Construction Materials Laboratory Technician you will have the opportunity for professional growth with ample room for advancement and competitive pay. Geotechnical/Construction Materials Laboratory Technician Qualifications
  • Able to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Basic math skills
  • A valid New York State driver’s license
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work independently
Geotechnical/Construction Materials Laboratory Technician Responsibilities
  • Physical testing of various construction materials including concrete, masonry, soil, aggregate, and rock in accordance with ASTM and AASHTO methods.
  • Follow safety standards and procedures
  • Accurately enter test results into electronic report templates
  • Effectively communicate with other laboratory staff and supervisors
