Senior Construction Superintendent

The Superintendent will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness. This role is essential for managing on-site operations and coordinating teams in the property industry. Description Manage daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to maintain efficient workflows. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a secure work environment. Monitor project progress and address any potential delays or issues proactively. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to achieve project goals.

Oversee quality control measures, ensuring all work meets specified standards. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential problems. Strong experience managing construction projects in the property industry. Proven ability to lead and coordinate on-site teams effectively. Excellent knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control. Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills. Great communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams. Job Offer Competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000, depending on experience. Year end bonus ranging from $5,000 - $40,000 depending on experience.
