, Pike has been more than a construction company — we’re a family that builds trust, people, and places that last. We’re currently looking for an Estimator to join our growing preconstruction team.
As our Estimator, you’ll be the brains behind the bid. You’ll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop competitive, detailed, and accurate cost estimates that lay the foundation for successful commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.

- Lead estimates from concept through final submission on diverse projects.
- Analyze drawings, specs, and scopes to develop clear and accurate cost breakdowns.
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure market‑competitive pricing.
- Participate in value engineering to optimize scope and cost‑efficiency.
- Support strategic bid decisions and present estimates with confidence and clarity.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in related field; and/or equivalent of minimum 2 years’ equivalent experience or equivalent combination of educations and experience, required.
- Constructions/ Engineering degree, preferred
- Accomplished in three (3) trades, required
- Strong command of construction industry practices, materials, and labor markets.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
