Re:
Build Optimation is looking for a Construction Manager in Rochester to oversee industrial facility construction and equipment assembly projects. You will work at the intersection of engineering and field operations, leading skilled trades and ensuring high-quality installations across various industries.
The ideal candidate should have 5–10 years of experience in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong grasp of OSHA standards. A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
Expected annual salary ranges from $104,000 to $125,000, along with bonus participation.
