Entry Level Concrete / Masonry Laborer
Join Our Growing Commercial Construction Team! We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and safety-focused Concrete/Masonry Laborers to join our commercial construction team. Candidates should have prior construction experience, a strong work ethic, and reliable transportation. Individuals with specialized skills in concrete finishing, form carpentry, or rough carpentry are strongly encouraged to apply and may qualify for additional opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Assist with concrete and masonry construction projects
- Perform job site setup, maintenance, and cleanup
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment
- Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leaders
- Support specialty crews as needed
- Operate and maintain construction tools and equipment safely
- Assist with the maintenance of company vehicles and equipment
- Adhere to all company and OSHA safety standards and procedures
- Previous construction experience preferred
- Experience with concrete work, masonry, formwork, or rough carpentry is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds regularly
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and navigate uneven job site terrain
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Strong attention to safety and willingness to follow established procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
