  • Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance tracking.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure strong field execution, safety, and quality control.
  • Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support preconstruction activities including cost estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment, including long-lead healthcare systems.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and safety standards.
  • Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule, budget, and operational continuity.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders.
  • Oversee project closeout including punch list completion, commissioning, and turnover.
Qualifications

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Experience coordinating with healthcare stakeholders, inspectors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with healthcare codes and standards (e.g., OSHPD/HCAI, ICRA, or similar).
  • Familiarity with delivery methods such as Design-Build, CM at Risk, or negotiated work.
