Hardscape & Landscape Construction Team Leader
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hardscape & Landscape Construction Team Leader to join our growing team. In this role, you will oversee daily construction operations, lead a crew of skilled professionals, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a crew during hardscape and landscape installation projects.
- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and landscape designs.
- Oversee the construction and installation of patios, retaining walls, walkways, outdoor living spaces, planting beds, and other landscape features.
- Operate and maintain construction equipment, including skid steers, track loaders, excavators, and other job-site tools.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and according to company quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and support crew members to improve performance and efficiency.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and company leadership regarding project progress and any on-site needs.
- Previous experience in hardscape and landscape construction required.
- Leadership or crew management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of hardscape materials, installation methods, and landscape construction practices.
- Ability to read and execute blueprints, project plans, and construction drawings.
- Experience operating construction equipment and power tools.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
