Retail CG Project Manager

The Retail Construction Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of retail construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of construction processes within the property industry. Description Manage all aspects of retail construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Oversee procurement of materials and manage inventory effectively. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress.

Profile A successful Retail Construction Project Manager should have: A solid understanding of retail construction processes and methodologies. Retail General Contracting projects in the budget of $250k - $1 Million dollars Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate with stakeholders. Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
