With an active pipeline of new construction projects and continued regional growth, the company is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on complex multifamily developments.

The Senior Superintendent will serve as the primary on-site leader, directing all field operations from groundbreaking through project completion. This role is responsible for coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring exceptional quality, and fostering a safe, productive jobsite environment.

Working closely with the Project Manager and executive leadership, the Senior Superintendent will proactively identify challenges, resolve field issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned construction professional who enjoys leading teams, mentoring field staff, and building high-quality multifamily communities.

  • Monitor workmanship to ensure subcontractors meet contractual quality expectations
  • Coordinate municipal inspections, permitting activities, and project approvals
  • Resolve field conflicts and proactively identify schedule or construction risks before they impact project delivery
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant jobsite while promoting a strong safety culture
  • Mentor Assistant Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field personnel to support professional development
  • Partner with Project Managers to drive successful project execution from mobilization through final turnover
Requirements
