Location: City of Rochester
Inabia Software & Consulting Inc. is seeking an Estimating Manager to lead the preconstruction and estimating function for large mechanical and plumbing projects in Rochester, NY.
This on-site, full-time role will oversee bid strategies, mentor estimators, and coordinate with executives to pursue projects over $25 million. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in MEP estimating, a strong cost-control background, and experience with design-build, negotiated, and hard-bid deliveries.
