Construction Multifamily Superintendent

The Construction Multifamily Superintendent will oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects in Syracuse, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards. This role involves managing subcontractors, coordinating schedules, and maintaining safety compliance on-site. Client Details Michael Page is hiring in the property industry in Syracuse. Description Manage day-to-day operations of multifamily construction projects, ensuring project timelines are met.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel to ensure quality work. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Conduct site inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications and standards.

Profile A successful Construction Multifamily Superintendent should have:
Experience managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively.
