Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Construction Manager/ Foreman
• Provide complete project field leadership and direction for day-to-day operations of assigned projects in partnership with the Project Manager and clients' facility team
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors to deliver and install their scopes according to contract documents and project schedule
• Maintain overall job-site safety, logistics, cleanliness, and professionalism
• Implement the Site-Specific Safety Plan, lead safety meetings, manage job-site logistics, and serve as point of contact for incident investigations
• Maintain, update, and report on the Project Schedule; monitor logic integrity and implement recovery plans
• Coordinate site construction activities, manage constraints, oversee quality assurance, supervise trade partners, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safety-plan compliance
• Schedule and attend inspections with authorities having jurisdiction, third-party inspectors, design professionals, utilities, and clients
• Coordinate installation between trades and drive trade-partner progress
• Lead planning across all trades and support construction schedule development
• Attend jobsite meetings, schedule deliveries, document site activities, coordinate job progress, assist with inspections, support invoice reviews, and prepare status reports
• Collaborate with inter-company field leadership to drive efficiencies and best practices
• Monitor and author accurate Daily Reports
• Coordinate existing-condition reviews relevant to submittals and timely material procurement
• Implement the Project Quality Assurance Plan, conduct preparatory meetings, verify installed conditions, maintain site logistics, and resolve deficiencies
• Attend project update meetings to communicate project health and progress
• Measure and report project progress
• Monitor Energy Savings targets and coordinate with M&V and Engineering teams
• Ensure legal, permit, and regulatory compliance and manage permit closeout
• Document existing site conditions and interface with facility operators
• Support start-up and commissioning activities
• Represent and maintain company culture with stakeholders in office and field
Requirements
- At least 5-10 years of field supervisory experience in large ($25M+) commercial construction projects, including higher education, healthcare, or government
- Knowledge of MEP trades, specifically HVAC and electrical
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Primavera, and Bluebeam document editor
- OSHA 30 training and CPR certification
- Organizational and planning skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Excellent multitasking skills and willingness to perform duties outside the scope of work when necessary
- Ability to manage complex situations involving ambiguity and conflict resolution
- Ability to maintain focus on safety, financial performance, and client expectations
- Willingness to travel 0-5% of the time to job sites or office locations
