We’re seeking a creative, organized, and driven Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help amplify our brand across digital platforms.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Content Creator to develop, execute, and manage compelling content across our social media platforms—primarily Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart with a keen eye for visuals, a strong understanding of current trends, and a passion for creating content that drives engagement and brand loyalty.

• Content Creation:
  • Create engaging photo, video, and written content that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
  • Film and edit short‑form video content (Reels, Stories, etc.) highlighting project transformations, before/afters, client testimonials, and behind‑the‑scenes.
  • Capture and edit on‑site content from landscaping and hardscaping projects.
• Social Media Management:
  • Maintain a consistent posting schedule across Facebook, Instagram, Google and other platforms.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor performance and analytics to optimize content and increase engagement.
• Brand Storytelling & Campaign Execution:
  • Contribute to monthly content calendars and seasonal campaigns.
  • Support product and service promotions with creative digital storytelling.
  • Stay up to date with social trends and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Project Managers, and Crews to coordinate content capture on job sites.
  • Align with the broader marketing strategy to support business growth and customer outreach.

• Proven experience creating content for social media (portfolio or examples required)
• Proficient in video editing apps/tools (e.g., Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Canva, etc.)
• Strong photography and videography skills—comfortable shooting in outdoor environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Bonus if you have experience in landscaping, home improvement, or service‑based industries
