Key Responsibilities Edit long-form content such as vlogs and You Tube videos with strong storytelling Edit short-form content including Reels, Tik Toks, and Shorts that engage viewers quickly Collaborate on video ideas and analyze performance data to improve future content
Required Qualifications Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, or DaVinci Resolve Experience in editing both long-form and short-form videos Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and engagement strategies for short-form content Ability to commit to a full-time position (40+ hours/week) Comfortable with faith-based Christian content
