A company is looking for a Spanish Bilingual Insurance Service Agent (Remote US).

Key Responsibilities Handle customer calls and email correspondence regarding billing, policy changes, and cancellations in both English and Spanish Process incoming policy change requests and review coverages while issuing necessary documentation Retain customers by addressing cancellation objections and upselling ancillary products

Required Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience in property and casualty insurance;
Property and Casualty License required Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) Excitement for change and eagerness to contribute to brand evolution Ability to effectively multitask and manage competing priorities Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
