Bilingual, Customer Service Rep
Location: City of Rochester
Schedule
Monday – Saturday with a day off during the week for working Saturday. Branch hours are Monday, Thursday & Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.;
Tuesday & Wednesday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.; and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs.
40 hours per week.

Pay and Incentive Plan$19.66 per hour plus 10% premium for bilingual positions. In addition to competitive pay and benefits, an annual performance‑based incentive rewards eligible employees for their contributions.
Purpose of PositionThis position processes customer transactions in a branch environment, refers customers needing guidance in identifying the right financial solutions, builds long‑term relationships, and supports ESL’s business results.
Accountabilities- Process customer transactions effectively, efficiently and accurately.
- Meet transactions per FTE target.
- Meet balance accuracy standards.
- Participate in achieving team lead objectives.
- Participate in efforts to achieve the unit’s customer and employee satisfaction targets as measured through loyalty and employee pulse survey scores.
- Ensure compliance with audit/operational controls.
- Adhere to member focus processes and expectations.
- Participate in coaching processes to improve proficiency in member‑focused behaviors.
- Attend sales meetings and participate in sales activities to increase sales success.
- Use member‑focus skills and behaviors to foster and meet internal customer satisfaction performance targets.
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking proficiency required.
- 6–12 months teller experience preferred.
- Proficient in PC applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- People and team oriented.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Maintains a high degree of flexibility to support branch needs.
