Job Overview
The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for guests, managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment. The role assists with guest check‑in/out, responds to inquiries, and coordinates transportation and security. Pay rate: $18.59 per hour.
Essential Functions- Greet guests and manage check‑in and check‑out procedures (30%)
- Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources (20%)
- Coordinate transportation and EMPOWER Program services and schedules (15%)
- Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies (15%)
- Maintain organized front desk area and accurate guest records (10%)
- Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols (10%)
High School Diploma or Equivalent. Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service is a plus. Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi‑line phone systems
- Excellent customer service and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Minimal travel required.
Physical RequirementsThe role may require extended periods of standing and walking, occasional lifting and moving of luggage or packages, and physical endurance to handle a fast‑paced environment.
