Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
- $24.00 per hour
- M-F, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Onsite NOT Remote

What's a typical day as a Customer Resolution Specialist? You'll be:
- Investigating and addressing customer concerns or complaints
- Communicating with customers via phone or email
- Collaborating with internal departments to resolve complex issues
- Documenting all interactions and resolutions
- Logging product quality complaints & adverse events
- Providing feedback and recommendations for process improvement
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Answering product questions
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma (required); some college experience is preferred.

- Are available to work from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed.
