Administrative Claims Support Representative

We are hiring for an Administrative Claims Support Representative! In this full-time opportunity, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing processing, maintenance, and support of participant accounts. Position Details:

• Full time, contract
• M-F schedule days
• Enters claim submissions to generate or approve payments
• Provides inbound and outbound customer service
• Follows procedures and utilizes resources to ensure that quality metrics are met
• Maintains and updates all client information in all systems
• Maintains a high level of customer service and client retention
• Competitive hourly rate
