Cosentino is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Rochester, NY to be a key liaison between customers and our company, handling inquiries on pricing, products, inventory, delivery schedules, order confirmations, invoicing and collections. You will process orders, maintain customer relationships, provide delivery information, schedule showroom visits, manage stock, log activities in Salesforce, and support the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
Experience with SAP or ERP is a plus.
