Assigns routes and service to drivers throughout the day and for the next day to maximize productivity;
Handles incoming calls and emails from customer service and sales and manages pickup/delivery requests for containers;
Communicates with customers about on-site progress and delays, and informs Customer Care of service delays;
Prepares, updates and dispenses daily route schedules
