Customer Service Representative

K9 Resorts, a luxury dog boarding and daycare brand, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional front-desk service to pets and their owners. In this role, you'll greet clients, manage check-in/check-out, answer phones and emails, and book reservations while maintaining accurate pet and client records. You'll collaborate closely with our pet care team to ensure safe, smooth drop-offs and pickups, uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards, and represent our premium hospitality experience with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, pet-loving environment.
