Greeter/Front Entrance Ambassador

We are seeking a Greeter/Front Entrance Ambassador to work in Rochester, NY at a medical facility. This is a unique role, managing the front entrance and loop area at a busy hospital. Hours are M-F 8am-4:30pm. We prefer a FT role, but will also consider PT applicants.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Greet all patients, visitors, and staff enthusiastically and warmly as they arrive
• Assist with wheelchair service both inside and outside the hospital
• Assist with valet parking operations, to include issuing valet tickets and moving vehicles at times
• Perform parking enforcement duties, keeping the entrance open and clear
• Other tasks as directed by management

Staff can expect to be outside for the duration of their shift, this role is mostly outdoors in all weather conditions.

Customer service experience is a must.
