Job Description

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Coordinate logistics and dispatching of freight, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Utilize transportation management systems and GPS for efficient route planning.
• Maintain accurate records of customer data and entry tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize supply chain processes and fleet management.
• Analyze data to improve operational efficiency.

• Strong logistics and dispatching skills
• $1000 hiring bonus for canditates with 1+ years of Service Titan experience
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Proficient in typing and data entry
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS)
• Experience with GPS technologies

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be essential in delivering outstanding team support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
