Provide customer service to passengers for arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and related queries or complaints;
Assist passengers with special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIP passengers, and wheelchair assistance;
Operate a computerized system to manage ticketing, check-in, boarding, reservations, and related tasks;
Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine;
Assist ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery
