Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

• $24.00 per hour
• M-F, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Onsite NOT Remote

What’s a typical day as a Customer Resolution Specialist? You’ll be:

• Investigating and addressing customer concerns or complaints
• Communicating with customers via phone or email
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve complex issues
• Documenting all interactions and resolutions
• Logging product quality complaints & adverse events
• Providing feedback and recommendations for process improvement
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
• Answering product questions

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma (required); some college experience is preferred.
• Are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Are available to work from 8:30
  AM to 5:00 PM
  , with flexibility to adjust hours as needed.
• High aptitude for learning & retaining information
• Excellent communication skills
