Location: City of Rochester
EIS Legacy in Rochester, NY is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to learn all aspects of the Sales and Customer Service process and support the primary customer base as the online site expands. You will help customers learn about the new site and provide timely, empathetic responses.
Responsibilities include handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, managing returns and credits, and coordinating with Production and Quality to fulfill orders.
