We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Collision Shop team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable handling payments, scheduling repairs, and communicating effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance partners.

• Greet customers in person and by phone, providing exceptional service and professionalism.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, schedule appointments and update repair statuses.
• Handle customer payments, invoices, and insurance documentation accurately.
• Maintain repair order files and ensure all documentation is complete and compliant.
• Communicate with insurance companies and adjusters regarding claims and repair estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians and estimators to ensure timely workflow and repair updates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front-desk environment.
• Support other administrative and service functions as needed.

• Previous experience in customer service or automotive service/collision preferred.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  
  Proficient in basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience a plus).Comfortable handling cash and credit card transactions.
