We're seeking a Claims Support Specialist to join a growing team and help deliver exceptional customer service during the claims process. What You'll Do

+ Serve as a point of contact for customers, answering questions and providing support

+ Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with professionalism and empathy

+ Enter and update claim information within company systems

+ Assist with documentation, records management, and administrative support

+ Coordinate and distribute mail, schedule meetings, and support office operations

+ Work closely with claims professionals to ensure timely and accurate customer service

+ Help customers navigate the claims process and connect them with the right resources

What We're Looking For

+ Strong customer service and communication skills

+ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

+ Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities

+ Comfortable working with computers and office applications

+ Dependable, professional, and eager to grow within an organization

+ Prior customer service experience is a plus, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
