The Summit Credit Union in Rochester, NY is seeking a Part-Time Member Service Center Representative I to handle routine phone transactions, balance inquiries, transfers, loan payments and online banking support for our members.
Work 29.5 hours weekly with shifts Monday–Friday 11am–4pm and rotating Saturdays 8:30am–1:30pm; report to the Director, Member Service Center. Join a small, member-focused team delivering exceptional service over the phone and at the front line.
