Architectural Project Manager
We are currently seeking an Architectural Project Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience in our Rochester, NY location. Project management experience in complex project types, and familiarity with Wicks-Law is preferred. Experience in municipal, judicial, or jail design is a plus. This leadership position requires a personable candidate with extensive experience in client service, business metrics, and successful outcomes.
Prior experience working for an Architectural/Engineering Consultant or Municipal firm is required. The candidate should have strong interpersonal and leadership skills along with the ability to work with and lead large interdisciplinary teams, track and delegate responsibilities and deadlines. Client and consultant coordination, budgeting and scheduling is required.
Duties:
- Initiating and managing projects from inception to completion
- Leading staff and consultant teams
- Coordination of all disciplines
- QA/QC of work
- Key client contact and sales responsibilities
