Job Description & How to Apply Below
We are a small, fully collaborative architectural practice seeking an experienced Architect who can independently own and deliver projects from start to finish. In this role, you will lead projects across all phases - from pre-design through construction administration - working directly with clients, engineers, and contractors to deliver well-executed, buildable architectural solutions. This is a hands-on position in a small firm environment where versatility, initiative, and accountability are expected from day one.
Responsibilities- Independently develop and deliver complete project documentation in Revit across all phases, from design development through construction documents, with a high degree of accuracy and minimal oversight.
- Create detailed sketches and drafts for renovation projects, incorporating feedback from clients and team members.
- Manage project fee schedules by tracking time against allocated budgeted hours across project phases
- Utilize Bluebeam for document management and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Employ Sketch Up for 3D modeling to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively with clients and team members.
- Contribute actively across all project phases in a small, fully collaborative team environment where every team member is expected to bring initiative, flexibility, and professionalism without relying on the support structure of a larger firm.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience independently managing and delivering full architectural projects - from pre-design through construction documents and construction administration - with demonstrated accountability for project outcomes. Candidates who have supported portions of projects without owning the full lifecycle are not a fit for this role.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit is required. Candidates should expect a skills assessment as part of the interview process. Self-reported proficiency without demonstrated ability will not be considered.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Sketch Up, and other AI programs is essential.
- Experience managing client relationships and communication is highly desirable.
- A degree in Architecture is required; a professional license is preferred but not required
Salary range: $75,500 - $85,500 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure status.
- Health insurance with the firm covering 50% of the premium

- Vacation time - 1 st year 5 days, 2 nd year 10 days
- Paid time off - 40 hours of sick time - may be prorated for 1 st year

- Retirement plan with 3% company match
- Bonus opportunities based on firm performance
