Position Snapshot

- Practice Setting: Multispecialty Cancer Care, Academic + Community Hybrid

- Volume: 4,500+ new cancer/blood disorder patients per year
- Support: Full multidisciplinary and APP team support
Join a dynamic and mission-driven Hematology/Oncology team dedicated to transforming cancer care across Western New York. Youll provide compassionate, personalized treatment to patients with cancer and blood disorders, while collaborating with a team that values innovation, teamwork, and whole-person care.
What Youll Do- Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions
- Participate in multidisciplinary case conferences and tumor boards
- Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Surgeons, Pathologists, and Radiologists
- Deliver care across Rochester Regional Healths 6 cancer centers
- Contribute to quality improvement, CME, and evidence-based care initiatives
- National Recognition: Named a Top 100 U.S. Oncology Program by Beckers Hospital Review
- Accredited Network: American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer
- Innovative Resources: Intra-operative radiation therapy program and Sands Constellation Center for Critical Care with 36 private, HEPA-filtered oncology beds
- Team Approach: Cohesive team of physicians, APPs, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and administrative professionals
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and/or Oncology
- Eligible for licensure in New York State
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
- Interest in participating in program development or clinical innovation a plus
