* $100,000 - $120,000 a year

** Description*
* The Department of Medicine, Infectious Diseases Division is seeking a Full-time faculty at the Instructor level to join the Transplant & Immunocompromised Infectious Disease Service. The Transplant & Immunocompromised Infectious Disease service provides clinical consultation to the Solid Organ Transplant Center (Heart, Liver, Kidney, and Pancreas) and Wilmot Cancer Center (Leukemia, Lymphoma, and Bone Marrow Transplant) at the University of Rochester Medical Center.

The faculty member will join faculty on a physician-scientist track. The successful candidate advance their clinical knowledge and expereience in the field of Translant Infectious Disease during the first year and will develop research skills and experience with a focus on clinical trial work focused on infections in solid organ and/or hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.

* M.D. or D.O. Degree or equivalent

Must obtain a New York State Medical License prior to start date

Eligible for a Faculty Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry

Must meet all credentialing requirements

Eligible for Board Certification in Infectious Diseases

Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required

Compliance with University and New York State health requirements
