Retina Associates of Western New York, P.C. is a busy, established, retina-only group practice that is interested in adding an additional surgical retina specialist to keep up with the growth of the practice. Rochester, New York is a metropolitan area in western New York that borders Lake Ontario and includes the Erie Canal. The practice is entirely physician owned (i.e. not private equity) with a stellar reputation through decades of service.

The new physician would quickly become busy in this expanding practice. We are looking for a motivated physician for this partnership track position. The physicians in this practice have an excellent quality of life, a flexible 4-day work week, and operate in a physician owned ASC that is ranked among the best in the state. In addition, we manage a robust clinical trial portfolio.

Associate level compensation is highly competitive and there are additional revenue opportunities. The intention would be to become a full partner.

The Rochester, NY area has wonderful opportunities for year-round enjoyment. There are four distinct seasons, world renowned golf courses, highly ranked schools and universities, and a world class Children’s Museum. The proximity to the Finger Lakes Wine Region and Adirondack mountains offers many opportunities for those that enjoy the outdoors. Rochester has all of this without the congestion or traffic of a larger U.S. city.
