** Salary Range or Pay Grade*
* $180,000 - $250,000 a year

** Description*
* The Department of Medicine, The Center for Primary Care, is recruiting for a physician to provide primary care services in a community-based practice setting in Monroe county.

Join a vibrant network of Primary Care providers who are practicing in a patient centered medical home model.  This practice location is currently using the EPIC electronic medical records system and training will be provided.

** Qualifications*
* - Must Possess an MD or equivalent

- Must obtain NYS Medical licensure prior to start

- Eligible for a Faculty Appointment at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry

- Board Certified or Board Eligible

- Post offer Drug Screen and Health Assessment required

- Compliance with University and New York State health requirements
