Description
Rush-Henrietta is seeking an extended substitute school counselor from 9/1/26 to 11/20/26. Candidates should possess strong knowledge of early‑childhood development both academic and social‑emotional, and should be able to implement interventions matched to each child’s needs. The successful candidate will have strong connections with students, employ culturally responsive practices, and demonstrate the ability to coordinate school and community resources for students and families to support well‑being.
SalaryCompetitive, based on experience and graduate study, per the Rush‑Henrietta Central School District Teachers' Contract.
Qualifications- New York State Certification as a School Counselor is required.
September 1, 2026
Additional RequirementsAttendance at New Teacher Orientation on August 25‑27 is required.
