Apply adult learning theories and instructional design methodology to research, recommend, produce and edit training materials for a variety of delivery methods.
The Instructional Designer will design and develop training materials, programs, courses, and assessments for the operation and service of heavy equipment to meet the internal and external customer needs.
Identify performance, skills, knowledge, information, and attitude gaps of a targeted audience and create learning experiences to fill these gaps. Design and execute knowledge transfer initiatives.
The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating, developing, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs that support employee performance, compliance, and organizational learning.
Support the design and development of performance‑based adult training courses that may be classroom, virtual, or blended.
Work collaboratively with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to develop learning solutions.
