Responsibilities
Under the supervision of Academic Manager, assess & analyze students' artistic proficiency, creative aptitude, & technical competencies through diagnostic interviews, evaluative critiques, & portfolio reviews to align individual capabilities with the admission benchmarks of premier art institutions such as SVA, Pratt, SAIC, FIT, Parsons, & MICA. Advise students on academic trajectories & professional pathways by recommending discipline-specific coursework—such as Advanced Painting Techniques, Global Contemporary Art, & History of Art— & by formulating portfolio development strategies emphasizing conceptual depth, technical execution, & aesthetic innovation.
Provide critical & formative feedback to enhance artistic articulation, stylistic coherence, & presentation quality.
- Master of Fine Arts required.
