RCTC is seeking an Academic Coach to support students who need extra help, including developmental education, first-generation, multilingual, and Pell-eligible populations. You will guide them on study strategies, use university resources, and track progress in collaboration with academic support services.
This is a full-time, academic-year role with a typical schedule of 8:00–4:30, Monday through Friday, and some evenings.
