Monroe Community College in Rochester, NY seeks a Specialist II (Student Success Coach) to support onboarding, retention, and goal attainment for students, with emphasis on first-generation, students of color, and low-income backgrounds.
As a member of the Student Success and Strategic Initiatives team, you will advise, monitor progress, coordinate events, and collaborate with faculty and staff to promote student persistence and success. Evening and occasional Saturday work is required.
