Assistant Women's Rowing Coach

Job Overview

The University of Rochester is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Women’s Rowing Coach. This is a full-time position including salary, tuition and health benefits.

• Assist the Director of Rowing with the administration of the Women’s Rowing Program to provide coaching and instruction during training and practice activities.
• Train, recruit, and manage team travel and logistics, including driving; oversee strength and conditioning programs; prepare practice sessions; manage equipment; support fundraising efforts; build alumni relations; and perform additional duties as assigned.

• Baccalaureate degree.
• Previous experience as a college student‑athlete or coach.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Good organizational, interpersonal communication, and basic computer skills.
